Outreach Employee Benefits


Outreach, Inc  holds their employees in high regard and as a result, we provide exceptional benefit plans for all employees. Below is a brief overview.

INSURANCE

Full-time employees are eligible for insurance coverage effective the first day of the month following 90 days from date of hire.

Medical/Rx Insurance*

Outreach pays 100% of the medical insurance premium for full-time employees enrolled in the HMO or HSA plan with Kaiser.  Employees buy up for dependents.

Vision/Optical Benefit*

Optical care is included when you enroll in the Kaiser HMO plan. 

Chiropractic Insurance*

Chiropractic care is included when you enroll in the Kaiser HMO plan.

Dental Insurance*

Outreach, Inc. pays 50% of the dental premium for full-time employees enrolled in the Prepaid HMO plan with Assurant.  Employees buy up for dependents and enrollment on the PPO plan. 

Basic Term Life/AD&D Insurance*

Basic term Life/AD&D is provided at no cost to full-time employees .

Voluntary Life/AD&D Insurance*

Full-time employees are eligible to enroll in Voluntary Life/AD&D.  

Long Term Disability*

Long term disability is provided at no cost to full-time employees. 

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)*

Outreach, Inc. sponsors a Flexible Spending Plan with two options:

  1. Health Care Reimbursement Account*
  2. Dependent Care Reimbursement
*The Health Care Reimbursement Account may only be taken alongside the Kaiser HMO Plan.

401(k) Plan

Outreach, Inc has an active 401(k) plan for all employees after 6 months of completed service.
