|Description:||Provide strategic and logistical leadership for the development, implementation and ongoing management of all marketing programs to help fulfill the mission of Outreach, Inc. The ideal candidate will have Marketing or Advertising Agency experience or would have fulfilled a Creative/Communications Director position in a mega church. |
|Duties:||The Director will supervise key marketing team members, provide analytical and strategic input to initiatives and assist in managing the revenues and profitability of the Marketing Products division. |
Oversee development of marketing copy - print and digital.
Strategic corporate brand management.
Management and strategic direction of e-commerce for Outreach.com
Campaign development and management for large national campaigns. (For example: National Back to Church Sunday)
|Qualifications:||This person is a strategic thinker, with proven experience in marketing, branding, project management and product development – as well as a solid grasp of marketing within the church environment. Must have 7 - 10 years of proven success in brand management, direct marketing, creative direction, research and development, print production, product management or related fields.|
•Must possess a Bachelors degree in marketing, business and/or communications.
•Excellent copywriting/editing skills as well as knowledge of direct mail marketing a strong advantage.
•Experience in planning, trafficking, strategic marketing, creative marketing, market research and ROI analysis is required.
•Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, as well as some familiarity with design software (Adobe) and the print media design process. The position requires a working knowledge of graphic design, print production and electronic marketing.
•Significant knowledge of Christianity, the Christian church and pastoral leadership if required.
•Knowledge of multi-media technology and products is a plus.
