| Description: | Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Outreach Specialist has proven experience in consultative/relational selling in the print, marketing and/or product sales arena. You'll be an integral part of our Sales Team that engages with and supports over 30,000 churches annually. You will be responsible for maintaining and building a regional territory through providing solutions to churches using our Marketing Products and Campaign Tools (see Outreach.com for examples). Your efforts will make a difference in churches, communities and lives. The ability and willingness to grow your territory through sales initiatives and campaigns effectively, as well as clear verbal and written communication skills are essential. |
| Qualifications: | • 5+ years inside or outside sales experience
• Understanding and familiarity with church marketing and campaigns strongly preferred
• Experience in consultative selling model
• Self-starter with proven ability to develop/grow new business within a territory
• You're a product evangelist, always selling your friends and family why they need the next greatest thing
• Attention to detail and verbal communications
