| Description: | Outreach, Inc is the largest provider of marketing communication tools to churches across the US. The Banner Department provides print production and finishing of large indoor and outdoor signs on various substrates. The Banner Pressman is the senior employee of this department and takes overall responsibility for all banner production on tight deadlines requiring 24-48 hr turn times. |
| Duties: | Operation and maintenance of grand format printer – including Vutek and Expedio presses. (Includes file preparation and interaction with the Production Design team)
Maintains inventory of banner press supplies.
Organizes department workflows with the finishers and in collaboration with the shipping department.
Provides training and supervision of finishing team members.
Takes ownership and responsibility for press maintenance, servicing, technical support and other required activities in collaboration with vendors.
Maintains ongoing production reports and provides information to the Production Manager as related to costs, opportunities and service issues.

| Qualifications: | A minimum of five years of work experience in use of grand format printers is required. Experienced in the use of Photoshop, Illustrator, and RIP software as they apply to the sign industry is essential.
Must have functional knowledge of color management as it pertains to industrial inkjet production.
Experienced in the use of PC and Mac computer is required as well as experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Proven ability to take initiative, multi-task and show leadership in a team.
Manual dexterity and the ability to lift 50lbs.
