| Description: | Outreach, Inc., is a for profit company with a Christian Mission to equip Churches to reach people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We are seeking experienced Graphic Designers for the Production Art Department. This team is a critical aspect of Operations at Outreach - being responsible for all custom design elements on customer orders of print and/or large format banners.
The qualified candidate must have experience as a designer, a good understanding of the print industry and preferably have experience in designing for churches/ministries and/or direct mail print and marketing collateral.

| Duties: | The Graphic Designer position requires skill sets to create, modify and compile text, graphics and image assets into camera-ready art for print production. Along with these tasks the graphic designer is required to contribute to project conceptualization, production and execution. This position requires a keen sensitivity and commitment to satisfying our schedule and clients.
The ability to do excellent and accurate design, while meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure, is critical. |
| Qualifications: | • Must be proficient in Adobe design suite (InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) - preferably CS5, on a MAC platform.
• 5+ years experience in graphic design in the print industry. (Experience with church design highly desirable and is given preference.)
• First hand experience with CMYK images and processing of printer direct-to-plate files.
• Knowledge of 4-color printing process, color management basics and digital asset management.
• Must be accustomed to fast turnarounds, working to deadline and minimizing the number of proofs before final approval.
