| Description: | Be part of a team thats making a difference in helping churches effectively use the web for outreach. Use your excellent graphic design experience to help create and launch template oriented websites that will be used by thousands of churches.
This position requires great design talent, excellent technical know-how and detail project management skill to build beautiful and fluid user interfaces that integrate seamlessly with back-end technologies and deliver top quality user experience.
Youll also be a member of Outreach, Inc.'s high caliber Marketing team and provide design support for web initiatives at www.Outreach.com including email blasts, social media, banner ads and other electronic marketing.

| Duties: | Create website templates according to design guidelines and latest trends.
Collection, creation, and organization of artwork.
Design of Control Panels/User Interface.
Interface with programmers to make functional
Make recommendations to enhance customer usability.
Support other web initiatives at Outreach
The candidate must be willing to take ownership in creating designs that produce results, be a team player, and be able to take a project from concept to creation.

| Qualifications: | Must have 5 7 years of strong design experience.
Must have excellent technical skills using Adobe design suite (InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
Bachelors degree in web/digital design, graphic design, media arts, or related area is preferred.
Significant knowledge of Christianity and the Christian church is required
Church website design experience is a plus.
